Gekho.com.au is a web site owned and operated by Gekho Imports Pty Ltd.  The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions herewith.  Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Gekho Imports Pty Ltd reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.


Pricing
Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.  Prices may be subject to change without notice.


Warranty
All Gekho products are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship and manufacture.  Given that most products in the Gekho range are hand crafted from natural materials, slight imperfections are characteristic of the product’s unique and individual beauty.  Should you find fault with your Gekho product within the warranty period please return it, with your receipt, to a Gekho consultant.  This warranty does not cover general wear and tear.

Refund Policy
You are entitled to return goods & request a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
  • Are not the same as the description provided by the sales person or advertisement;
  • Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and / or

You are not entitled to a refund if:

  • You simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
  • You realise you cannot afford the goods;
  • You found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
  • You chose the wrong size or colour;
  • You knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; 
  • You were responsible for causing the fault; and / or

You cannot ask for a cash refund if you did not pay cash.


Exchange Policy
Should you wish to exchange a product:

  • You must exchange within 30 days of purchase
  • You must have proof of purchase
  • The product must be in the original condition as when your purchased it
  • Due to health regulations, pierced jewellery items are unable to be exchanged

Gekho Imports Pty Ltd will gladly exchange, within 30 days of purchase, but will not refund for incorrect choice.

Product Availability
Whist every effort is made to ensure availability, in some cases products are available whilst stocks last. 
 

Colours
Every effort has been made to display colours as accurately as possible.  However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

There may be inadvertent technical or factual inaccuracies and typographical errors.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Gekho Imports Pty Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/s listed at an incorrect price.  Gekho Imports Pty Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order regardless or not if payment has already taken place.  In this instance Gekho Imports Pty Ltd will immediately refund the amount of the incorrect price.
